For more information please contact UTBFriends@verizon.net.		 Friends of the library are people who share a common passion for Library Services and help to contribute their time and talents to help the Library to thrive in their community.

Friends of the library bring together involved, caring people who are willing to give their time and talents to benefit Library  Services in their area.  The Friends Group is made up of your neighbors in the Upper Tampa Bay Regional area, which includes residents of the following communities:  

Charleston Corners
Citrus Park
Countryway
Eagles
Fawn Ridge
Twin Branch Acres
Waterchase
Westchester
Westchase
Westwood Lakes, and
   surrounding areas
and,
the Hillsborough County Public Library Cooperative
Why Friends?

There is still much to be accomplished and by keeping informed and attending meetings we can all work together for the common goal of the UTB Library.  The Public Library will be one of the main cultural and information centers of the UTB Community, and will benefit all ages for generations to come.  You can make a difference be being involved as a Friend of the Library.  Each friend counts and as they say "we can never have too many friends!"
